MID-TERM REPORT

Many basic Contemporary educational institutions offer mid-term continuous assessment sheets for students so as to prepare them for the academic challenges they will face towards the end of the academic term.

Our cognitive mid-term report sheet has been traditionally modeled to meet with the Nigerian and west African Educational standards. it also meets with the Universal Basic Education (UBE) standards for continuous assessments.


1ST TERM REPORT

Parents and Guardians can easily relate with our contemporary report card model. It meets with the Nigerian and West African Educational Reports standards and also the Universal Basic Education (UBE) standards as it covers all the standard educational domains;
  1. Cognitive Report
  2. Psycho-motor Report
  3. Affective Report
It also go further to display
  1. Graphical Representation of wards cognitive percentage
  2. Wards affective report (Height and Weight)
  3. Co-Curricular Reports
  4. Automated cognitive comments
  5. Automated authorised signature and automated signed dates (which works with your computer current date)
  6. and a class teacher's remarks space
Our report cards are fully automated, all automations include;
  1. Total; Users will just need to input raw data (CA scores and 1st term exam Scores) and VEDA will compute 
    • The total report brought forward (from 1st and 2nd term totals as the case will be), 
    • Session average (for second and third term cumulative), 
    • Grade (for secondary schools), and 
    • Remarks.
  2. Comments; VEDA scans through the cognitive report and displays a corresponding comment that suits the percentage report of each student
  3. Total; VEDA scans through the cognitive report and displays a cumulation of each subject total.
  4. Percentage: VEDA scans through the cognitive report and displays a percentage of the cumulated total.
  5. Percentage Graph; VEDA scans through the cognitive report and displays a graphical percentage report , "one bar for first term, two bars and three for second and third terms respectively".

2ND and 3RD TERMs REPORT

Like the 1st Term report card above, our 2nd and 3rd term reports are contemporary and can easily be understood by parents and guardians. these two reports cumulates reports from the previous terms and display session average after adding the previous term(s) totals together.

all the automations found in the first term sample are also available in the 2nd and 3rd terms.
